To book your workout, you need to:

1. Choose which workout you want to do.

2. Select the trainer you want to do it with (there is also an option for any trainer).

3. Select the time and day you want.

4. Add it to the cart.

If you want to add an add-on, consider the day and time your workout ends, and add the add-on right after your training session.

Depending on the treatment and skin type, the duration may vary, although it usually ranges from 3 to 7 days. It is also important to note that, as in the gym, consistency is key. The more you work your muscles, the longer-lasting the results will be.

They are the perfect complement to your workout. Once your face has been worked on, you can maximize and prolong the results by adding an extra touch to your treatment (a Mask Bar, the RED LED MASK, a shot of cold with Cryo Oxygen, or releasing tension with a neck and shoulder massage).

Additionally, if there's a specific area you're concerned about, you can work on it with targeted treatments, using radiofrequency or manual techniques.
